The Bankard Workshop in Industrial Organization and Economic Theory centers on the twin themes of the Economics of Industry, broadly defined, and general issues in formal economic reasoning. Speakers are brought in from around the world. We also engage various Government Bureaus, most notably the FTC, DOJ, and FCC, as well as Business Schools and Marketing Departments. All of these links are invaluable for forging wider research links and placing students broadly.
