Melissa is from Fairfax County, Virginia, and holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from UVA. During her time at UVA, she served in leadership roles for the University Programs Council, Econ Club, and Trustees. Melissa began her career in NYC in various finance and strategy roles, across actuarial work at New York Life Insurance, securitization advisory at KPMG, and data-driven finance at Deloitte. After receiving her MBA from UChicago's Booth School of Business, she pivoted to strategy consulting at BCG. In this role, she uses analytical problem solving to help clients across industries drive new strategies and growth. Outside of work, Melissa serves on the Board of the Virginia Club of New York and enjoys sailing on the Hudson, playing pickleball, and seeing Broadway shows.
