Financial Management – Analyst Program (FMAP) is a 24-month program designed to jump-start a career in finance and accounting. It is designed for a high potential recent college graduate who majored in something other than business such as math, economics, or other quantitative majors. In this role you will learn foundational finance and accounting skills and how to combine those skills with your current quantitative and data analytics background to help Sila’s leadership build and grow the company.

This is a unique rotational position that only becomes available every few years once the current participant completes the program. While the FMAP is designed for 24 months, most participants continue with Sila (average tenure of 4 years) before continuing their financial careers outside of Sila.

Past participants have gone on to join big 4 firms, Deloitte, EY and PwC, as well as BRG, a leading economic and financial consulting firm. Past participants have all carved out financial career tracks that matched their long-term objectives including traditional public accounting, corporate finance, M&A due diligence, data analytics and financial modeling.

Sila Solutions Group is a technology and management consulting firm, and you will be working with the consulting leadership to build their practice groups as well as providing financial data and analysis to the founders of Sila to set overall company strategy.

This program is designed for and ideal for those seeking to ultimately become a CFO/COO working directly with founding entrepreneurs. The foundation of this program is accounting based and earning a CPA is an essential part of completing the FMAP. We have a 100% pass rate for past participants. After completing the FMAP, you will have a deep understanding of Sila’s business and by extension the business of professional services firms serving both Fortune 500 and Federal clients. You will be challenged with interesting work, mentored by senior leadership, and supported by generous training and full support to earn professional certifications such as the CPA. More than anything, you will see a direct connection between your work and the impact on growing a company.
