The OpportunityEasy Breathe is a growing E-commerce company looking for motivated college graduates to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. Located in Brentwood, we specialize in selling CPAP machines and related durable medical equipment (DME) directly to consumers online.As an entry-level Customer Service Specialist, you will learn our business from the ground up, but the opportunity does not stop there. We are looking for those with a high ceiling and hunger to grow with our company. Get your foot in the door today!You will start out providing customer support through a variety of channels, including phone calls, online chats, and emails. In addition to working directly with customers, you will also work extensively with insurance companies, doctor’s offices and other healthcare providers to verify a customer’s insurance coverage and obtain their necessary medical records. With many moving parts, we need people who can think creatively on their feet and pair a wide range of customer needs with personalized solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table:To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have: - Degree from a 4-year college or university (recent college graduates encouraged to apply)- Easy commute (the ideal candidate will live within 5 miles of Santa Monica)- Work experience in customer-facing environments (customer service, hospitality, retail sales, etc.) is helpful but is not required- An engaging phone presence and a sense of fulfillment from helping othersJust as important as your experience and skills will be the following characteristics and competencies:- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for identifying solutions that benefit our customers- A self-starter approach as well as a desire to contribute as a team player.- The ability to learn quickly and to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- High integrity and a desire to do the right thing.Compensation
We start new team members at $15 per hour, with up to 10 hours of available overtime each week (paid at $22.50 per hour). We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursement, office drinks and snacks, and more.
