As a refresher, City Internships (CI) provides immersive experiential education programs for college students and recent graduates.
Our Global Explorer Program centers around an internship placement with a leading company, accompanied by a comprehensive series of classes, workshops and networking events optimized to enhance a student's commercial skills and employability.
More than 65% of CI alumni go on to accept permanent graduate positions with their host company. Moreover, our annual Student Outcomes survey shows that CI alumni secure graduate employment 3 times more quickly and earn 30% than their peers immediately after college.
The program is open to undergraduate students (including seniors). Students may choose a program in one of 12 cities globally, with an internship in one of 9 career fields.

i. City Internships Scholarship Contest. Voting is open.
We’re moving ahead in our Q1 Scholarship Contest with entries to the Virtual Investment Portfolio and Entrepreneurship verticals of the contest.
Sadly, entries to the Marketing & Advertising and Design verticals have been lacking. We’re doing our best to award two additional scholarships to deserving, career-minded students, and it appears we can’t give them away!
Consequently, we are offering an extension of two weeks to give your students the opportunity to submit their entry. Contest winners will each receive a fully sponsored place on a Global Explorer Program in a city of their choosing in summer 2017.
