Associate, Accelerator

Dcode is looking for a passionate Lead Program Associate to
support all activities related to execution and of each accelerator program. As
an Associate you will work hands on with each of the amazing technologies as
they build their federal government business and impact government missions and
problems. 

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and execute accelerator program
activities including events, curriculum sessions, and meetings with government
and partners, under the direction of the Director of Programs.Provide professional-level project coordination to
track and manage programmatic items for each client through various stages of
development.Interface directly with clients regarding their
progress. Support internal and client reviews.Keep track of progress, issues, and risks of
program activities.Assist in developing agendas for weekly client
and internal meetings to ensure issues are communicated and work moves.Provide logistical support for events, such as
securing locations, event setup, marketing support and moreDevelop collateral and materials (presentation
decks, marketing materials, etc.) for accelerator program events and briefingsCreate and deliver daily / weekly outreach
communications to accelerator program participantsSupport the collection and monitoring of
internal Dcode performance measures, as they relate the programEnsure detailed notes are delivered to clients
and teams after each meetingCoordinate with Dcode leadership team to update
accelerator program marketing materials, performance metrics, and more.Interface directly with Dcode leadership team to
continue to build the future of Dcode! 

Qualifications:

B.S. / B.A. degree (or equivalent) from an accredited educational institution2-5 years of professional, relevant work experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organization, self-management and people skills.Efficient, results oriented, resilient, and flexible and goal oriented.Come with your own “jet pack” of motivation and drive.Extremely team oriented.Proven problem-solving abilities.Good verbal and written communication skills.Extremely effective at client facing interactionPrior experience and/or strong interest in technology, startups, campaigns or governmentAbility to consistently produce exceptional results with limited resources Dcode believes in diversity as strength.
