On Grounds Job – Center for Global Health

The University of Virginia Center for Global Health promotes health in resource-limited settings by fostering the commitment of students, faculty and partners from many disciplines. CGH supports two student staff positions (up to 10 hours/week) available for the 2018-2019 academic year. Student staff are an integral part of the CGH Programs Office, responsible for special and ongoing projects,  support of online content, and collaborative coordination of multiple responsibilities with CGH Program Staff.

Content Development

  • Strong Writer
  • Editorial Skills

  • Audio Content Development (modeled on the PRX Moth Radio Hour)

Special Projects & Events Management

  • Coordinate with on-Grounds organizations
  • Outreach and Marketing

Administrative Support

  • Management of online applications and records

  • Other Duties as Assigned
